Return Policy

At Bigdeertee, we have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Our team will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have specific questions about your item, please get in touch with us.

Exchanges To make an exchange, please return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is shipped to an EU address, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification. The item must be returned in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
